Ecard Official provides digital business card solutions under three categories:
Silver Card (Free Lifetime Access)
Gold Card (Paid Membership Plan)
Executive Card (Verified Corporate Membership)
3. User Eligibility
Users must ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and legally valid. Any false representation may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
4. Silver Card Terms
Silver Card is a complimentary service offered on a lifetime basis. Features may be modified, updated, or discontinued without prior notice.
5. Gold Card Terms
Gold Card is a paid service intended for professionals, entrepreneurs, and business owners. All payments are non-refundable once the service is activated.
6. Executive Card Terms
Executive Card is a premium, verification-based service exclusively for corporate entities, directors, and authorized representatives. Submission of valid legal documents is mandatory for approval.
7. Payment Policy
All payments for Gold and Executive services are final. No refunds will be issued unless explicitly stated under special circumstances.
8. Account Suspension
The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, provides false information, or misuses the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
Ecard Official shall not be held responsible for any misuse, misrepresentation, or unauthorized use of digital cards by users or third parties.
